Influencer Marketing Coordinator

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll provide the hands-on support that keeps RYZE’s gifting and seeding program running smoothly—cross-checking platforms and workstreams, coordinating fulfillment, tracking gifting activity, and helping ensure experiential events and activations come together seamlessly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities will include:

Gifting & Seeding Operations

• Cross-check gifting and seeding trackers across platforms (creator CRM, spreadsheets, Slack, shipping tools) to catch discrepancies before they become problems.
• Support fulfillment operations: verify shipping addresses, confirm order accuracy, track packages, and flag delays to the team.
• Reconcile product inventory against gifting waves to make sure stock on hand matches what's been committed to creators.
• Compile and QA weekly gifting and seeding reports before they go out to the team.

Experiential & Event Gifting

• Assist with gifting for experiential events and activations — building gift kits, coordinating on-site product needs, and managing day-of inventory.

Creator Records & Communications

• Maintain accurate creator records: contact info, posting status, and shipment history.
• Support outreach and follow-up communications with gifted creators to keep response and conversion rates high.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, marketing operations, or a related field (internships count).
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple tools and platforms (spreadsheets, CRM, Slack, shipping systems).
• Basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel).
• Experience with a creator/affiliate platform (AspireIQ or similar).
• Experience running or supporting a gifting/seeding program.
• Clear, written communication.
