Temp PE Teacher

As a PE teacher at Sage Alliance, you will be responsible for guiding students in a supportive environment that values growth, safety, and connection.

This is a temporary coverage position from August 24, 2026 to November 11, 2026. We welcome candidates interested in either part-time or full-time schedules.

For part-time placement, the pay rate is $25–$28 per hour, depending on experience. For full-time placement, the prorated salary is $11,250 to $12,600, depending on experience.

What You’ll Need

- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education & Health, Kinesiology, or Exercise Science

- Valid state teaching certification, preferred

- Experience working with emotionally fragile students

- Strong communication and classroom management skills

- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

What You’ll Do

- Create a consistent, emotionally safe classroom where students can thrive

- Guide students toward achieving Sage Alliance curriculum goals with clear objectives

- Employ diverse instructional techniques and adapt to student needs

- Regularly assess student progress, provide feedback, and communicate with families

- Maintain accurate records and uphold Sage Alliance policies
