ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Product Manager, you will own key areas of Sarj’s product portfolio. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to understand customer needs, define what we build and why, and drive products from concept to launch.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Own and drive the product roadmap for key areas of the platform.

- Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements and priorities.

- Work closely with Engineering and Product Design to scope, prioritize, and ship features.

- Define success metrics and use data and insights to inform product decisions.

- Conduct user research and competitive analysis across the Saudi and MENA markets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches and iterations.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, communications, or AI.

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

- Understanding of the Saudi market and local user needs.

- Experience taking products or features from 0 to 1 in a startup environment.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Technical fluency with the ability to work effectively with Engineering teams.

- Strong understanding of customer needs and product development principles.
