Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative French Account at Sutherland's location in Cairo. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in French B2-C1
• Grads and Dropouts only
• Flexibility with European time zone.
• Flexibility with Rotational shifts
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
