Position Overview: We're seeking innovative and highly motivated Product Engineers to join our dynamic product team. As a Product Engineer, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and refining AI-driven software solutions, playing a key role in driving innovation and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance Tavrn's AI-driven software solutions, ensuring high quality, scalability, and performance.

- Collaborate closely with sales and engineering to understand customer needs and translate them into innovative technical solutions.

- Conduct product testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure seamless user experiences.

- Support technical implementation and troubleshooting during customer onboarding and integration phases.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, processes, and systems.

Qualifications:

- 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, ideally working with SaaS or AI-driven technologies.

- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.

- Familiarity with AI frameworks, machine learning concepts, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, innovate proactively, and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to effectively partner across teams.
