Sobre el Cargo

Como practicante soporte comercial tendrás la oportunidad de apoyar actividades clave como la gestión de cotizaciones, seguimiento de órdenes de compra, revisión de facturación y administración de proveedores, contribuyendo al crecimiento del negocio mientras desarrollas habilidades valiosas para tu futuro profesional.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar en la elaboración y envío de cotizaciones a clientes y canales.
• Dar seguimiento proactivo a cotizaciones y órdenes de compra para garantizar una atención oportuna.
• Apoyar en la revisión semanal del backlog y en los procesos de facturación.
• Colaborar en el seguimiento de oportunidades pendientes de facturación.
• Mantener actualizada la documentación e información de proveedores.
• Brindar soporte administrativo al equipo comercial en diferentes actividades operativas.
• Apoyar en la gestión y organización de información comercial utilizando herramientas corporativas.

Lo que Buscamos

• Estudiante de Técnico o Tecnología en Administración, Técnico de desarrollo de software o sistemas, Mercadeo, Negocios, Ventas o carreras afines.
• Interés en desarrollarse profesionalmente en áreas comerciales y en la industria de tecnología.
• Manejo de Microsoft Excel y herramientas de Office.
• Excelentes habilidades de organización y atención al detalle.
• Facilidad para la comunicación y el trabajo en equipo.
• Actitud proactiva, disposición para aprender y orientación al servicio.
