Technical Support Specialist

Job Purpose:

To assist with technical support and provide basic expertise for assigned brands during pre-sales and post-sales activities, helping to ensure smooth installation, maintenance, training, and troubleshooting. This role helps build technical relationships with customers, partners, and vendors, supports learning about products and technology, and aids the sales team by setting up demos, assisting with Proof of Concepts, and preparing documentation. Additionally, the role provides basic technical support at company events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with post-sales support for partners and end users: help with installation, maintenance, and basic repairs.
• Assist the Sales team with pre-sales support if necessary
• Keep track of assigned products and technologies and work on building skills to stay current with new developments.
• Support technical relationships with resellers, customers, and vendors.
• Help with technical training sessions for resellers or end users, and represent the company at marketing events with basic technical presentations.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 2 - 3 Years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering preferred
• Vendors' requirement certifications about Network Security
