Performance Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join one of our clients' teams in Tenerife . What You’ll Do:

• Develop, implement, and manage advanced paid advertising strategies on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
• Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, optimization, and budget management to drive user acquisition and revenue growth across international markets
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging
• Analyze complex campaign data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation across ad creatives, targeting, bidding, and funnel stages
• Work cross-functionally with product, CRM, content, and analytics teams to align paid media strategies with business goals
• Stay current with platform updates, trends, and competitor activity

What We Expect:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Proven success managing significant budgets and delivering results in international markets
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable strategies
• Experience with full-funnel marketing, CRO, and user journey optimization
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Independent, proactive mindset with ownership mentality
• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus) What We Offer:
