Job Description Key Responsibilities Handling physical packing and dispatch activities from our warehouse in Linköping. Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international customers. Manage customer orders and provide timely communication regarding deliveries, pricing, and other customer inquiries. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and Project Management to support business and customer projects. Actively contribute to logistics planning and operational coordination. Support continuous improvement initiatives within customer order management and Trade Compliance processes. Qualifications Experience in customer order management, supply chain, logistics, or customer service. Interest in Trade Compliance and willingness to develop expertise in the area. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/business systems. Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships. Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
