Job Description:

The Capper will use an industrial sewing machine to sew border, bottom panel and flange material together to form the bottom covering of a one-sided mattress.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail.
• Requires very good hand eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work at a fast-paced repetitive job.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, including but not limited to safety rules, procedures manual and policy manual.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with Department Supervisor, Lead, coworkers, and other personnel.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a practical, methodical way while working with a sense of urgency.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand for extended periods, to sit and talk or hear.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
• The noise level in the work environment is moderate.

Payrate: $24.45/hour
