What You’ll Do

• Perform physical tests on materials and rubber compounds
• Prepare and handle test samples and laboratory equipment
• Support daily laboratory activities and testing schedules
• Work closely with team members and other departments
• Ensure testing is completed safely and according to quality standards
• Help maintain laboratory equipment and keep the workspace organized
• Participate in problem-solving and process improvement activities
• Follow laboratory procedures and support documentation tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in a physical laboratory, production, testing, or technical environment is an advantage
• Technical diploma is not required (bachelor degree in mechanics or physical is a plus)
• Interest in hands-on technical work and learning new skills
• Comfortable working with machines, tools, or testing equipment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow procedures
• Basic computer skills (e-mail, Microsoft Office)
• Commitment to safety and quality
• English communication skills required (Luxembourgish, German, or French are a plus)
• Experience supporting or training colleagues is an asset
