The Department of Talent & Organizational Development is currently seeking a full-time Sr. Organizational Development & Change Consultant 1 to work on site in Miami. The Senior Organizational Development & Change Consultant 1 serves as an internal consultant partnering with leaders, HR Business Partners, healthcare executives, and academic leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, team performance, workforce engagement, and change adoption. The Consultant independently leads organizational development, organizational effectiveness, and change management engagements at the department, division, and business-unit levels. This role diagnoses organizational challenges, facilitates leadership and team interventions, coaches leaders, and develops practical solutions that align people, structure, culture, and strategy.

Department Specific Functions
1. Supports the Talent & Organizational Development team in executing university-wide initiatives related to engagement, leadership, and cultural transformation.
2. Partners with HR colleagues to ensure OD and change strategies are aligned with enterprise goals and HR strategic priorities.
3. Provides consultative support for special projects and pilot programs related to workforce development.
4. Assists in developing OD resources, templates, and communication materials to enhance program delivery and visibility.
