Anduril's ArsenalOS team builds the digital infrastructure that powers how Anduril designs, sources, manufactures, delivers, and sustains hardware at scale. We are not a traditional internal IT organization. We build, buy, customize, integrate, and operate the systems that make Anduril's physical operations faster, more reliable, and more scalable.

ABOUT THE JOB:

We are hiring a Staff Product Manager for Sustainment Solutions to own the digital portfolio that keeps Anduril's fielded systems mission-ready: operations planning, fleet management, maintenance execution, and customer support. This role turns a rapidly scaling, high-complexity sustainment mission into a durable operating advantage. You will own the roadmap, operating model, stakeholder relationships, and execution strategy for systems including our sustainment planning engine, fleet management and reliability tooling (asset tracking and FRACAS), field maintenance execution, and the customer service desk and portal. The role is not to "own the CMMS" or "run the service desk." The role is to help field maintainers, planners, fleet managers, supply chain, and the business lines win by building the right digital workflows across all of those

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own the sustainment systems strategy and roadmap across operations planning, fleet management, maintenance execution, reliability / FRACAS, customer support, and more.
• Lead and grow the cross-functional team that delivers, operates, and improves these systems: product managers, software engineers, application engineers, and embedded builders from across the sustainment org.
• Partner deeply with field operations, maintainers, ProdOps, supply chain, engineering, and the business lines to understand the real constraints and build the workflow, not just the stated request.
• Create durable mechanisms for intake, prioritization, roadmap management, and stakeholder alignment without turning the org into a slow process machine.
• Drive tooling standardization across business lines where applicable, while enabling other business lines to succeed if they diverge from standard tooling and build their own to suit their use cases
• Translate messy field problems into clear system designs, phased execution plans, and measurable readiness outcomes.
• Advance our two expansion bets: the engineering feedback loop (turning field and FRACAS data into design change), and sparing / inventory for mission readiness as Anduril’s sustainment business scales into full MRO.
• Treat data quality, system reliability, integration design, access controls, auditability, and support models as first-class product requirements.
• Use AI, automation, and workflow redesign to cut manual coordination and make maintainers, planners, and support teams dramatically more effective.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

• Planners and fleet managers have a single, trusted view of what is down, what is at risk, what is constrained, and what decision comes next.
• Maintenance execution in the field is structured, connected, and works in the offline and classified environments where most maintenance actually happens.
• Field and failure data flows back into engineering, so design changes are informed by what breaks and get operationalized into the fleet.
• Sparing and inventory stop being the bottleneck to readiness.
• Sustainment systems are connected end to end, so an incident can travel from detection through diagnosis, planning, execution, and closure without leaving the platform.
• The team is known for measurable readiness and cost impact, not just launches, tickets closed, or uptime.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years working in and leading technology teams supporting complex physical operations such as maintenance, field service, fleet management, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, etc.
• Strong understanding of one or more of: maintenance and reliability, fleet or asset management, sustainment planning, spares and inventory planning, or field service operations.
• A track record of cross-functional operational problems where the answer required more than one system, team, or process change.
• Strong product judgment: you can tell a local workaround from a durable platform capability, and you know when to ship the pragmatic version now versus invest in the scalable version later.
• Comfort in ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information and adjusting as facts change.
• High agency. You do not wait for someone to clarify every dependency or hand you a perfect roadmap.
• Enough depth to hold quality without becoming a bottleneck or a micromanager.
• A builder mindset. You customize, integrate, automate, and rethink workflows to make the mission materially better.

US Salary Range

$191,000—$253,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
