AI Data Project Intern (Eco & Social Creation) - 2027 Start

About the team Our mission is to build a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The AI Data Service and Eco Operations (ADSEO) team is responsible for the operation of security model training, and iteration under TikTok and other International products, to ensure product security and create a good atmosphere for content creation and community interaction.

The Eco Operations team is responsible for undertaking non security related annotation projects, mainly classifying content from two dimensions of video and account, assisting international products to build their down data ecology, building accurate data models through annotation, and providing users with content that meets user preferences.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. -Responsibilities： - Support labeling projects and uphold efficiency and quality by preparing and monitoring key project metrics - Skillfully use business platforms and other tools to monitor and analyze the progress of the project in time to ensure the successful delivery of the project; - Provide regular project updates and improve the overall project experience in our business domain - Assist the team to analyze project data to facilitate data driven decisions

Minimum Qualification (s) - Actively enrolled university students who can commit to the role for at least 3 months and above ideally with a minimum of 4 working days per week. - Ability to quickly understand and grasp business knowledge and model training processes. - Strong communication and written skills in English. - Good data analysis and project management skills. - Strong coordination, collaborative, and time management skills; is able to work in a fast-paced, international and dynamic environment. - Be proactive and responsible in process optimization for effective management.

Preferred Qualification (s) - Solid interest in social content products and a knack/eye for social trends. - Solid interest in project management and a keen eye for emerging social trends.
