Brand Marketing Specialist (TikTok Shop, Malaysia)

About the team Our Integrated Marketing & Communications team in Malaysia leads the full spectrum of marketing strategy and execution, spanning brand campaigns, creator & influencer marketing, affiliate, livestream, and IP campaigns, to drive sustainable e-Commerce growth for TikTok Shop across the market.

Responsibilities - Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive TikTok Shop & campaign awareness (Double date, payday, etc), brand equity, and market presence. - Lead multi-channel campaign planning, content development, and performance optimization across digital, social, and offline platforms with external partners, agencies, and influencers. - Use market, consumer, and performance insights and continuously post campaign review to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. - Analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, optimize campaigns and monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, creators, and external partners to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.

Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing Communications - Minimum 3 years of working experience in Social Media/ Digital Marketing/ Brand Marketing - Experienced in Brand Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing

Preferred Qualification(s) - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Ability to prioritize effectively, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in fast-paced environments. - Experience coordinating across teams and integrating resources to support business and marketing objectives.
