We are an international design team with Product Designer, Creative Designer, Visual Designer, Content Designer and Localization Expert from all over the world working together to make every impossible possible.

Responsibilities - Design, write, and edit English content across core TikTok LIVE surfaces, including product flows, feature names, and creator education content — crafting clear, natural copy that makes the product intuitive for creators and viewers. - Partner with design, product, and engineering teams to shape end-to-end user journeys, using precise language to lower barriers to entry and build user trust. - Define and evolve the TikTok voice, building reusable content standards that keep every line consistent with the TikTok brand. - Explore how AI can enhance content workflows, using large language models and AI-assisted development to draft, rewrite, and adapt copy for global audiences, and to rapidly test content ideas with interactive prototypes. - Stay informed on global content trends and AI developments, identifying opportunities to apply them to Content Design and Localization.

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as foreign languages, linguistics, journalism, communications, interaction design, literature, computer science, or a related discipline. - Exceptional English writing with excellent fluency and a sharp ear for clear, natural, and compelling language. - Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required to collaborate daily with China-based product, design, and engineering counterparts on content review, localization workflows, and cross-regional alignment. - Hands-on experience with AI tools in writing or content workflows — for example, using large language models, AI-assisted development tools, or prototyping tools to draft, iterate, and test content ideas. - Strong content and UX judgment with a global mindset and cross-cultural sensitivity to how meaning shifts across languages and contexts. - Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, a proactive approach to feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications - Academic background or coursework in content design, UX writing, localization, or creative writing. - Experience building interactive prototypes or demos to validate content concepts. - A portfolio showcasing writing samples, content design projects, or voice and tone work.
