About our team: The FMCG(Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) team focuses on identifying, incubating, and scaling FMCG brands on TikTok Shop. We collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions and hands-on support, ensuring the vitality and growth of TikTok Shop as a leading e-commerce marketplace.

Responsibilities： - Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making - Help track and manage project timelines and deliverables - Perform ad-hoc deep dives on business-related topics - Support communication and coordination across cross-functional teams - Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently in your penultimate year studying Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2026 or above. - Proficiency in Excel ; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Python. - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication skills and attention to detail - Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently - Comfortable working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications: - Previous internship or project experience in E-commerce or FMCG industry - Familiarity with e-commerce markets - Demonstrated experience in leading operational initiatives and delivering measurable results
