Frontend Software Engineer - TikTok LIVE, Sydney

About TikTok LIVE Revenue: TikTok Live revenue engineering team is responsible for building the cutting-edge revenue ecosystem which includes gifting and other revenue features that are innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. As an important member of the engineering team, you will build solutions that affect millions of users and live streamers.

Responsibilities - Core Business Development: Take charge of the design and end-to-end development of core business modules, leveraging full-stack technical expertise to ensure stable, scalable functionality and optimal user experience. - Technical and Architectural Leadership: Lead front-end technology selection, drive architectural optimization, improve code quality and system performance, and resolve technical bottlenecks. - Full-Stack Problem-Solving Support: Utilize front-end/back-end, database, cloud-native/microservices technologies to provide technical support (including database optimization and interface development), and take the lead in tackling technical challenges. - Engineering Implementation: Manage progress through agile development, build and optimize engineering toolchains and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient delivery. - Technical Accumulation and Innovation: Conduct post-project reviews and summaries, fill knowledge gaps and output insights; track cutting-edge technologies, participate in open-source communities, and promote technical innovation within the team.

Minimum Qualifications: - Web Engineering Practice: Expert in agile development and progress control, proficient in engineering toolchains, able to build and optimize systems, with experience in performance optimization, CI/CD, and troubleshooting. - Pronounced skills and experience with front-end engineering and optimizing front-end performance

Preferred Qualifications: - Full-Stack Technical Capability: More than 5 years of experience in developing frontend web applications. Proficient in front-end and back-end technologies and frameworks, skilled in database optimization, capable of independently developing interfaces, and mastering cloud-native and microservices. - Sort out experience and improvement points after projects, regularly fill knowledge gaps and output technical insights, and review and enhance capabilities from multiple dimensions. - Pursue cutting-edge technology practice, delve into difficult problems for optimal solutions, participate in open-source communities to promote innovation.
