Go To Market (GTM) Operations Manager - TikTok LIVE Streaming Platform (South Korea)

Responsibilities： - You will be responsible for Go to Market (GTM) work on TikTok LIVE for LIVE related features for Korean creators and viewers. - Analyze functional usage data and formulate GTM strategy - Create and disseminate functional utilization materials for users - Manage KPIs through data analysis and drive cross-functional collaboration with Agency and Product teams

Minimum Qualification(s): - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in gaming, entertainment, or IT/tech companies. - Language: Fluent in Korean, and business-level Chinese or English are required to liaise with regional and headquarter stakeholders based in Mandarin-speaking regions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an international, diverse environment.

Preferred Qualification(s): - Experience in the live-streaming industry - GTM or event operation experience with digital products. - Basic understanding of digital product development flow and PRD
