Software Engineer Graduate (Global CRM) - 2027 Start

Responsible for building and maintaining a Global CRM（Customer Relationship Management）Platform and Transaction Platform for sales and marketing agents/partners, working closely with the Sales Operations Management Platform (SOMP) to create a stable, flexible, and smart platform. We enhance commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through various intelligent marketing tools, ensure the stability and security of customer fund transactions, and reach a balance between revenue, risks, efficiency, and client experience for the monetization of TikTok.

Key Responsibilities: - Work on cackend development of TikTok's proprietary CRM platform. - Turn TikTok's proprietary CRM into an enterprise-ready, market-leading SaaS platform leveraging best practices from the industry. - Understand users' personalized requests and come up with scalable technical solutions. - Build a globalized CRM System with high performance and availability across multiple regions.

Minimum Qualifications: - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Mster's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with big data components including Spark, OLAP engines and Flink is a plus, but not required. - Professional experience with Java is preferred. - Professional experience with Spring Boot and/or other Microservice frameworks is preferred. - Professional experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres etc) is preferred.
