About the team Textile Team focus on growing and scaling the Textile category on TikTok Shop. Our team works closely with sellers, brands, and creators to develop impactful growth strategies, enhance product discovery, and create engaging shopping experiences for millions of users.

About this role We are looking for an account management intern to support the Textile category in TikTok Shop & Tokopedia. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will develop a hybrid skill set across Account Management, Creator Growth, and E-commerce Operations. You will gain hands-on experience in managing seller and creator relationships, supporting business growth initiatives, and executing category-level projects within TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities 1. Support the acquisition, onboarding, and incubation of potential sellers within the Textile category. 2. Manage creator communities and maintain strong relationships with top short-video creators, supporting product seeding, sample distribution, and campaign communications. 3. Drive creator incubation initiatives by increasing product supply, expanding category coverage, and supporting the conversion of short-video creators into livestream creators. 4. Plan and execute regular livestream sessions in collaboration with creators and cross-functional teams to support category growth and business objectives. 5. Managing sellers accounts. Tasks include seller education, problem solving, campaign status update and other operation related tasks. 6. Communicating with sellers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed. 7. Assisting the sellers during the onboarding process, tasks included educating the sellers, problem troubleshooting, campaign status update. 8. Other admin-related work and troubleshooting.

Minimum Qualification(s) 1. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English, both written and verbal. 2. An outstanding appreciation for accuracy of information and clean, perfect formatting 3. Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative 4. Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools 5. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any major

Preferred Qualification(s) 1. Past internship experience in e-commerce industry 2. Collaborative and open to changes and challenges 3. Good understanding of Textile Category
