TikTok Commerce - Creator Management Lead

Responsibilities - Manage affiliate creator, managed creator, and creator agency operations for TikTok Commerce. - Develop both short-term and long-term creator development strategies to strengthen high-quality creator and content supply, and drive creator business growth at scale. - Partner with cross-functional teams to improve creators’ experience on TikTok and create opportunities that support creator growth. - Identify key challenges, trends, and opportunities within the creator ecosystem, and translate insights into actionable strategies and operational improvements.

Minimum Qualification(s) - Experience in content platform operations, creator ecosystem operations, or related fields. - Experience managing large-scale operations and driving initiatives across cross-functional teams. - Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across a diverse range of functions and backgrounds. - Experience leading or managing teams in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.

Preferred Qualification(s) - Experience in commerce, social commerce, or marketplace operations. - Strong connections with creators and creator agencies. - Excellent interpersonal skills, with flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic organizational environment. - Strong logical reasoning and data sensitivity.
