About the team In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategy and driving business growth, conducting research & analysis to identify potential business opportunities, and driving projects across different departments.

Responsibilities - Break down goals, formulate budget plans, and transform objectives into milestones and actionable plans. - Initiate category analytics, conduct business reviews, and assist category managers in doing category specific strategies. - Manage special projects end-to-end, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation. - Establish and monitor business and operational metrics tailored to business objectives. - Leads continuous improvement initiatives, optimizes business workflows, and streamline operational workflows to drive efficiency and reduce waste. - Support business growth through product optimization, merchant governance, and data analysis.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above - 2+ years of experience in e-Commerce platforms, consulting firms, or internet industries, with relevant experience in industry or market research and business analytics. - Basic skills in Google Spreadsheet, Excel, or other similar spreadsheet tools is a must.

Preferred Qualifications: - Strong in analytics, logical, and problem solving skills with good attention to detail. - Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects on different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization). - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear and comprehensible insights for audiences at different levels. - Experience in Power BI, Power Query, and SQL are a plus.
