TikTok Shop - Creator Account Management Lead, Home & Living (Brazil)

Responsibilities - Make both short-term and long-term TikTok Shop Home & Living level creator development strategy and be responsible for growing e-Commerce creator scale and sales within Home & Living - Build and develop improved internal processes to support merchant and creator growth - Deliver Home & Living creator performance reports and insights by diagnosing audience conversion metrics of creator e-Commerce content - Increase Home & Living TikTok Shop creator business awareness by building and amplifying Home & Living creator successful case studies - Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive creator and merchant partnerships to support creator revenue - Attend merchant meetings to help improve merchant awareness of the creator network and support adoption of creator sales among the Home & Living merchants

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above with 5+ years of working experience in Creator/Affiliates/Digital Marketing development at internet/e-commerce companies - 2 years of team management experience - Strong creator/user growth strategy and roadmap designing skills with strong data sense and knowledge - Proficiency in English is required
