TikTok Shop - Senior Data Analyst, Logistics

About the Team The data analytics team will be responsible for data analysis of TikTok e-commerce's UK&EU ecommerce logistics operations.

• Responsible for data analysis of TikTok e-commerce's UK&EU logistics operations
• Maintain & improve operation performance index; assist top management to monitor the weekly and bi-monthly operation performance; analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Cooperate with logistics team to set strategy, e.g. Fulfillment network design, warehouse efficiency optimization, capacity management
• Follow-up data analysis of operation teams in several overseas markets, support operation and provide optimization suggestions
• Cooperate with Products and ETL teams to define system requirements, build data products, improve and roll-out product features to support business

Minimum Qualifications: - Degree holder in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operation Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or Computer Science - Proficient in SQL and familiar with Python or R

Preferred Qualifications - Experience in UK&EU logistics or UK&EU E-Commerce site fulfillment process (Amazon FBA/SFP; Ebay/Walmart/Shopify) is a strong plus - Experience in logistics or supply-chain related analysis; Familiar with fulfillment network design, inventory management, UK&EU logistics carrier optimization - Strong business sense and result-oriented mindset, able to turn data into tangible improvements in real logistic/supplychain scenerios, such as fulfillment performance, warehouse efficiency, capacity planning, logistics cost and management decisions. - Highly self-driven with strong ownership to independently lead end-to-end logistics analytics projects, proactively spotting high-impact opportunities beyond assigned tasks.
