From artwork and pre-press to digital, 3D and e-commerce imagery, our teams work at the heart of global brand execution. We are growing our team and are looking for a Senior Client Servicing who can build strong client relationships, coordinate projects carefully, and keep artwork and production timelines moving smoothly.

This role suits someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating in both Japanese and English, and enjoys being the connection point between clients, internal creative teams and production partners.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our Client Servicing team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects run to plan and clients feel supported at every stage. You will:

• Be a key point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Clarify client requirements and manage expectations on timelines
• Coordinate artwork, pre-press and production workflows using Trident and client systems
• Track deliverables and highlight risks or delays early
• Support scheduling and release of completed work
• Support quotation, purchase order and invoicing coordination with clients and internal teams
• Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements
• Support system testing and technology enhancements when introduced
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client servicing, account management, customer service, project coordination or production coordination
• Language: Professional fluency in English and native or business-level Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 equivalent) to communicate with global stakeholders and local clients.
• Confident communicator with strong follow-up, coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Well-organised, accurate and comfortable working with detailed project information
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in printing, packaging, FMCG, creative production or brand execution is an advantage
• Enjoys working in a structured, professional environment
• Based in Tokyo and able to work onsite at our client's office
