Job Description

• Position: Formax Operator (G-3), 2nd Shift
• Responsible for the setup, operation, and shutdown of Formax equipment and associated machinery.
• Follow all GMP, SOP, and HACCP guidelines to ensure safe and efficient production.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) training is required.
• Job Safety Analysis (JSA) available upon request.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 months of operator experience within the last 12 months (experience may be combined from multiple employers).
• Experience can be from one or multiple employers, provided the total equals at least 3 months.
• Must complete or possess Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) training.
• Ability to safely operate and maintain Formax and associated equipment.
• Must follow GMP, SOP, and HACCP requirements.
• Position open to qualified applicants who meet the experience and training requirements.
