We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive, and hands-on Intern who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights and improving HR processes. As an HR Analytics Intern, you will play an important role in ensuring high-quality HR data, supporting reliable reporting, and support in making our HR processes seamless and more efficient. This role is Ideal for someone who is curious, creative and enjoys taking ownership.

Your Roadmap to make an Impact

• Support data migration by transferring, reconciling, and validating employee data across HR systems.
• Automate manual and repetitive HR data and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Leverage existing AI tools to streamline data preparation, reporting, and day-to-day HR tasks.
• Improve data flows between the HRIS and connected tools, reducing manual handovers.
• Maintain data quality by preparing, extracting, and validating HR data across different sources.
• Structure and maintain HR datasets to support reliable reporting, analysis, and people decisions.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and insights, with a focus on automating recurring reporting.
• Support the day-to-day administration and optimisation of the HRIS, ensuring accurate and effective use

• A recent graduate or currently enrolled student in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR analytics, data, and digital technologies.
• Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on mindset.
• Confident working with various data analysis tools, an affinity automation is a huge plus.
• Comfortable working with different HR systems and handling data accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to your work.
• Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
