Workday Center of Excellence (CoE) Delivery Lead
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Workday CoE Delivery Lead to establish and manage a high-performing offshore Workday delivery team. This leadership role is pivotal in building scalable delivery capabilities, ensuring excellence in implementation and support, and aligning offshore operations with the U.S.Bank Workday strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the offshore Workday Center of Excellence (CoE), including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management of team members.
- Lead security architecture and design reviews across Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, Integrations, Extend, and third-party ecosystem components.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production support initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders, HR, Finance, and technical stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with strategic objectives.
- Establish and enforce Workday governance, configuration standards, delivery methodologies, and operational best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Lead Workday integration, monitoring, and tenant management efforts to enhance platform reliability and performance.
- Manage change control processes, including Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities, risk mitigation, and release readiness planning.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues while ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to six years of relevant experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or other core Workday modules.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, PICOF, and Workday Extend.
- Deep expertise in Workday Security Architecture, including role-based security, domain security policies, business process security, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance controls.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday Reporting, Security Administration, and Business Process Configuration.
- Experience designing and supporting Workday integrations, data migration, tenant management, and enterprise architecture solutions.
- Proven ability to lead offshore or global delivery teams within a Center of Excellence (CoE) or shared services environment.
- Strong background in Agile delivery, including experience with Jira, Confluence, and scaled Agile frameworks.
- Demonstrated success managing KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Location expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
