We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Inspector to ensure quality control across all stages of joinery production and maintain compliance with factory standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished joinery products.
2. Ensure products meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
3. Monitor production processes to identify and address quality issues.
4. Conduct dimensional checks, finish inspections, and final product evaluations.
5. Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain quality records.
6. Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
7. Ensure compliance with factory quality procedures and safety standards.
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality inspection within a joinery or woodworking factory.
• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in quality documentation and reporting.
