Responsibilities:
The Application Administrator I is a cross-functional team member where teamwork, collaboration, challenges, and continuous learning are the norm. The position's primary responsibilities include supporting the Medical Staff Office department at UR and Affiliates, focusing on managing and maintaining provider credentialing and payor enrollment applications. This role involves assisting in the day-to-day operations of these critical application systems to ensure they effectively support the department’s processes and procedures. This role also includes maintaining the department’s website, content management system, and procedure manuals.
