Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join VA4U and play a key role in delivering engaging, high-converting campaigns for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, launch, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns.

- Design and implement automated email workflows and customer journeys.

- Segment email lists to optimize targeting and personalize campaign content.

- Conduct A/B tests to maximize campaign effectiveness.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making recommendations and adjustments for improved results.

- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to drive overall campaign success.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of hands-on email marketing experience.

- Proficiency with platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar.

- Advanced knowledge of email automation, audience segmentation, and performance analytics.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Experience working with international clients is highly desirable.
