Real Estate Prospecting and Administration

Join our team as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, supporting a successful Australian real estate agent with vital prospecting, CRM management, database administration, and essential administrative functions. We seek a dedicated and resourceful professional with a strong background in Australian real estate operations and virtual assistance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare targeted prospecting and call lists

- Research property ownership through CoreLogic

- Manage and update REXs CRM

- Maintain and organize CRM databases

- Create CMA reports and provide property price updates

- Schedule follow-ups using Realtair

- Perform data entry and draft emails

- Provide general administrative support as needed

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Australian Real Estate Administration

- Strong background in prospecting, CRM, and database management

- Proficient in CoreLogic (Required), REXs CRM, and Realtair

- Excellent English communication skills

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
