Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible to define, deploy, support & optimize processes, methods, tools & competences including detailed production process definition, configuration and preparation for all plants. He/She is responsible to design the build process in MFT, to define the best proven industrial sequence integrating components/parts, Jigs & tools, Maintenance tasks, time, QC & Measurement tasks. Should ensure the right Configuration from definition to preparation / start in production. Additionally, assist Industrial systems and digital twin capabilities in the frame of digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 to be ready to deliver the best in class green E2E industrial System for the A/C of today and tomorrow.

Required skills and experience:

Experience with digital manufacturing tools and techniques on SAP 3D enterprise (VMP, VEA, VEG) for activities such as:

• Producing Routing , As-Prepared BoM, SOI & Updating Work Order
• Preparing Work Instructions.
• Working experience in SAP VMP VEA.
• Working experience in interactive SOI Modules.
• Agile principles and methodologies
• Experience in collaborative lifecycle management.

EDUCATION:

B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.E. in Mechanical / Industrial / Aeronautical Engineering.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

General awareness of aircraft and its components. (Structures and Systems)

General Knowledge in SAP & MES

Good Understanding of engineering fundamentals of lean Manufacturing principles, Manufacturing and assembly concepts,Process Planning.

Good to have: Basic Knowledge of Python, SAP ABAP
