Sales Representative

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our Packs team, representing Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling across BELUX, while based in Antwerp, Belgium.

Let's Talk About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sustainable growth for the Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling brands in a strategic region.

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager Belux & Scandi, you will manage a defined portfolio of existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities across your assigned territory.

Acting as the voice of the local market, you will translate the distinct positioning and commercial priorities of the three brands into relevant account and distribution plans. You will connect sales, marketing, product, and customer insights to deliver strong local execution aligned with the wider EMEA strategy.

How You Will Make a Difference

Account and Market

• Own and execute the regional account strategy in line with EMEA Go-To-Market priorities.
• Build strong, long-term partnerships tailored to local market and customer needs.
• Analyse market, competitor, and consumer trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Translate the distinct positioning of Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling into relevant local account plans.
• Strengthen brand visibility and storytelling at the point of sale.

Commercial Growth

• Deliver sustainable sales and profitability growth across the assigned portfolio.
• Develop existing accounts while building a healthy pipeline of new distribution opportunities.
• Create and execute account-specific plans that improve sell-in, sell-through, assortment quality, and brand visibility.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support the effective activation of new accounts.

Execution and Collaboration

• Execute the seasonal Go-To-Market process with strong local adaptation.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and monitor sales, orderbook, and account performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, and other commercial teams to deliver coordinated account actions.
• Build relationships with key customer decision-makers and influencers.
• Act as the voice of the market by sharing actionable customer, competitor, and consumer insights with EMEA teams.

• Strengthening relationships and increasing performance within existing accounts.
• Opening relevant new distribution opportunities.
• Improving sell-through, assortment quality, and brand visibility across the territory.
• Providing clear market insights that support timely commercial decisions.

Skills for Success

Essential

• Around 3-5 years of B2B sales or account management experience, ideally within bags, backpacks, luggage, apparel, or a related consumer category in Belgium.
• Strong commercial, relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrix environment.
• Sales mindset combined with strong attention to detail and hands-on execution.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and analytical capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time within BELUX.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and specifically Excel.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

Preferred

• Knowledge of the Belux retail landscape.
• Experience with seasonal Go-To-Market processes, forecasting, and commercial performance analysis.
• Experience managing multiple brands or product categories within one customer portfolio.
