We’re looking for an HR Onboarding Coordinator to join our Home Office HR team and help create an exceptional experience for new team members from the moment they accept an offer through their first day and beyond.

As the HR Onboarding Coordinator, You Will
- Own and coordinate the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the first day of employment, helping ensure every new team member has a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions, providing guidance, and keeping them informed throughout the onboarding process.
- Facilitate Virtual General Orientation (VGO) in partnership with other HR team members and coordinate welcome and training materials.
- Collect, verify, and process pre-employment requirements, including background checks and documentation required for compliance and audit purposes.
- Ensure new-hire documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with federal, state, and agency requirements.
- Execute and maintain the Onboarding Experience program, ensuring each step is completed consistently and on time.
- Support leaders with onboarding requirements and provide guidance related to Form I-9 questions and processes.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential team member records within HR systems.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, IT, and internal partners to help ensure new hires have the tools, training, access, and resources they need to be successful.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and organizational leaders to implement onboarding best practices and support a consistent team member experience.

- You value accuracy and understand the importance of compliance and confidentiality within HR.
- You’re comfortable working independently while also collaborating across multiple teams.
- Experience with UKG, Homecare Homebase (HCHB), Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, or similar HR and productivity tools is strongly preferred.
- You’re energized by accountability and delivering measurable results within agreed-upon timelines.
Experience to Deliver on Our Mission
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- HR certificate or associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or a similar coordinator role preferred.
- Healthcare, home health, hospice, or other highly regulated industry experience is a plus.
