About the team: The team specializes in aligning forecasted workload with capacity to identify risks and ensure efficient operations. Utilizing expertise in data management, analytics, and visualization tools such as SQL and Tableau, the team delivers actionable insights. Members collaborate to select appropriate data sources, maintain data quality, and apply advanced analytical methods to address business challenges. Supporting strategic decision-making, the team translates complex data into clear visualizations and recommendations. It promotes continuous improvement and innovation while upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism to drive value for the organization and its stakeholders. What you'll do:

• Identify and assess appropriate data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements.
• Perform initial data quality checks and manage data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and statistical techniques.
• Develop and deliver clear, insightful data visualizations and reports to support decision-making across multiple business domains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data strategies with organizational goals and provide actionable business insights.
• Mentor junior analysts on data analysis methods, visualization best practices, and quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain data quality metrics and compliance with governance policies.

What you'll bring:

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies including distributed datastores.
• Strong skills in data analysis, data management, and ad hoc reporting to support business decision-making.
• Expertise in Tableau or similar business intelligence tools for advanced data visualization and storytelling.
• Ability to identify, assess, and ensure data quality, applying data governance and management standards.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable data solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Knowledge of exploratory data analysis techniques and statistical methods to uncover insights and trends.
• Effective communication skills to present data findings clearly to stakeholders and guide junior team members.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
