WORK ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
The Waukesha County Clerk’s Office is seeking a customer-focused professional to join its fast-paced team. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to interact directly with the public in a courteous, positive, and professional manner.
Key responsibilities include providing customer service to the public, responding to inquiries, supporting general administrative and clerical functions in the County Clerk’s Office, and assisting with office projects and other duties as assigned.
This temporary limited-term position has a variable work schedule. Weekly hours and assigned workdays may fluctuate based on operational needs, workload, and departmental priorities. Advance notice of schedule changes will be provided when practicable.

Minimum Training & Experience Requirements 1. High School Diploma or GED. 2. Two years post high school work experience providing administrative support. 3. One year of recognized post high school training in business, administrative professional, or closely related field may substitute for one year of the work experience requirement.
