Data Lead

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Lead at Wonderful, you'll help shape how we measure, understand and scale our product and business. You'll work across product, operations, and business data - analyzing complex datasets, defining KPIs and building dashboards to drive clear, data-informed decisions. You'll own data processes end-to-end, from raw data and modeling to insights and impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Analyze product usage, customer interaction and business data.

- Define and track KPIs across product, operations and business domains.

- Build dashboards and monitoring tools.

- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data models (Snowflake, dbt).

- Work closely with Product, Operations (GTM), Business and Engineering.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years of experience as Data Analyst.

- Strong proficiency in SQL - must.

- Strong business sense and ability to translate data into insights.

- Ability to work end-to-end, from raw data to business impact.

- Experience building ETL pipelines (Snowflake, dbt) - advantage.

- Experience building dashboards using BI tools (Looker / Tableau / Omni) - advantage.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with product analytics or customer interaction data.

- Experience in a fast-growing startup.

- Familiarity with AI-driven products.
