What You Will Do:
- Own, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with AS9100 and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation, certification, and ongoing compliance of Part 145 and Part 21 approvals.
- Develop, manage, and execute the annual internal audit program, including audit planning, reporting, and follow-up.
- Coordinate preparation for certification, regulatory, customer, and surveillance audits.
- Manage the corrective and preventive action process, ensuring timely closure and effectiveness verification.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to audit findings, process nonconformities, and compliance issues.
- Monitor QMS performance through KPIs, quality metrics, and management review inputs.
- Lead and coordinate continual improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process effectiveness, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure QMS documentation is maintained, controlled, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the focal point for quality system and regulatory compliance matters across the organization.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience with AS9100 implementation, maintenance, and certification audits.
- Knowledge of Part 145 and Part 21 requirements; practical certification experience is preferred.
- Experience in planning, conducting, and managing internal audit programs.
- Strong knowledge of corrective actions, root cause analysis, risk management, and continual improvement methodologies.
- Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualification AS9100.
- Proven ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural business environment.
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Polish.
