About the Job:

We are actively hiring a remote CTMS Specialist.

Shift: Monday-Friday

Location: Remote

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Compensation: $24.00-33.65 hourly

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Create templates within the CTMS software to include visit tracking, budgets, start-ups and billable items.
  • Update templates with the CTMS software when protocol/budget amendments occur.
  • Assist in site template/AR clean up as necessary.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement of the CTMS software by sharing feedback on processes and participating in process improvement initiatives as requested.
  • Verify CTMS software results by conducting system audits of technologies/updates implemented.
  • Provide training as needed to site clinical and financial staff.
  • Represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written and in appearance) when interacting with all staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Additional duties as assigned by CTMS Lead.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND/OR ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:

  • Work is performed in a remote setting.
  • Travel may be required up to 10%.
  • Daily computer use.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work schedules if workload warrants.
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience using RealTime or similar software.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in clinical research. Must be knowledgeable in clinical research systems and regulations with a strong understanding of research activities and processes at research sites; exceptions may apply to extraordinary candidates with clinical operations background and strong quality and compliance mindset.

  • Exceptional knowledge of clinical research methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and align with operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills to include Office365 products
