About the Role

As a Front End Engineer on the Evisort Engineering team, you'll join a newly formed Software Development unit and play a key role in shaping its direction. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled engineers, in close collaboration with your Product and Design partners, to maintain and expand our contract management offerings. Your technical expertise and ability to work collaboratively will be essential in delivering AI-powered solutions at scale that transform how major companies negotiate and manage their contracts.

Your role will be instrumental in advancing our AI initiatives and delivering exceptional value to corporate legal departments and business professionals worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with engineering, data science, product management, and design teams to shape and deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture that encourages iteration and innovation, paired with a deep understanding of both the business domain and modern engineering practices
• Support the professional development and productivity of your teammates through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and mentorship
• Own functional areas of the platform end-to-end—"you build it, you run it"—taking responsibility for the quality, reliability, and performance of the features you deliver

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years of experience in front end development, with deep expertise in modern technologies, tools, and practices
• 5+ years of proficiency in TypeScript and React
• Experience with the technologies and tradeoffs involved in building modern distributed systems
• Advanced knowledge of modern software development practices, including DevOps, automated testing, and observability
• Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred)

• Experienced in working as part of cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments, with the ability to adapt and deliver iteratively
• Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate across disciplines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including legal professionals and business partners
• Eager to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team, contributing to an inclusive and supportive environment
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with the ability to turn complex problems into clear and compelling solutions through reasoning and research

Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc. Primary Location Base Pay Range: €72,000 EUR - €108,000 EUR Ireland
