Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Professional Services to join our team. This is a Bengaluru (Hybrid) role, reporting to the Manager, Professional Services in the Professional Services department. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Professional Services organization, leading the successful delivery of customer-facing projects. This role is responsible for managing complex engagements from initiation through closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional services delivery, experience managing cybersecurity-related projects, and a practical understanding of how AI technologies can support service delivery, automation, analytics, and customer outcomes.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Professional Services projects, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and closure
• Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements involving cybersecurity implementations, transformations, assessments, or optimization services
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, resource plans, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical consultants, solution architects, support teams, sales, and customer leadership
• Drive effective governance through regular steering meetings, status reviews, and executive updates

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience with managing projects related to cybersecurity solutions, services, or enterprise security programmes

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience leveraging AI-driven project management tools, predictive analytics, or automation frameworks to optimize resource allocation, track milestones, and streamline professional services delivery
• Working knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and use cases relevant to service delivery or customer transformation
• Experience in delivery of large, complex projects with multiple workstreams
