The Role

We're looking for a Customer Supply Analyst to maintain and grow ZURU's supply chain relationships with our key UK retail partners, sustaining high service levels through stronger customer collaboration, improved forecast accuracy and lower total supply chain cost.

You'll be the day-to-day supply chain point of contact for an assigned group of accounts and verticals within the UK business, working across our commercial, demand planning and logistics teams to keep product flowing and shelves filled. Reporting directly to the Customer Supply Manager, you'll have the opportunity to expand into other channels and verticals as the business grows.

What You’ll Do

· Own the day-to-day supply chain relationship for assigned verticals and build strong links with commercial stakeholders.

· Prepare and run monthly 30/60/90-day reviews with key customers, built around an annual customer activity calendar.

· Share the rolling 90-day stock projection with customers and the sales team, clearly flagging risks and resolutions.

· Track weekly service levels, target areas for improvement and drive on-shelf availability.

· Support the monthly forecast review for assigned verticals, feeding customer and sales insight into demand planning and ensuring collaborative data (EPOS, stock in trade, on-shelf availability and ranging) is consistently factored in.

· Manage demand fluctuations, review consumption through key selling periods and support the development of new product launch forecasts.

· Partner with the Customer Supply Manager on efficiency projects that unlock savings for ZURU and our customers.

· Support inventory strategy across core, seasonal, new and phase-out (SLOB) lines with the central supply team.

What You’ll Bring

· Supply chain or customer supply experience within FMCG, ideally across UK grocery or high street retail.

· Strong data analysis skills – able to produce, interpret and draw clear conclusions from data.

· Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

· A customer-first mindset with a track record of delivering positive change.

· Comfort working cross-functionally across commercial, demand and supply planning, and logistics.
