Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-08-17
Plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody. Using the service means accepting what is written here.
1. What the service does
You describe the roles you want. We match them against a market corpus we collect and store — job postings published on company career boards and the aggregators we track. When something fits, we tell you.
When you decide a posting is worth it, you buy a CV for that posting. We generate it from the profile you gave us, put it through an automated review panel, and deliver it to you as a PDF.
2. What the service does not do
We do not apply to jobs for you. We do not submit forms, upload documents to employers, or contact anyone in your name.
We do not promise interviews, offers or employment. A CV is a document, not an outcome.
We do not give legal, immigration or tax advice, and nothing here is a substitute for it.
3. Accounts and invites
During the beta, accounts are created by invitation. An account belongs to one person; do not share credentials.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your access details safe. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has them.
Give accurate information. An account created with someone else's identity will be closed.
4. Your content and who owns what
Your profile and everything you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it for the purpose of running your searches and generating your documents — nothing else.
The CV we generate for you is yours. Send it, edit it, reuse it, however you like.
The service itself — the engine, the market corpus, the review pipeline, the site — stays ours.
5. AI-generated documents
Your CV is written by AI models and reviewed by other AI models. The review panel is thorough, and it is not a person.
Read your CV before you send it anywhere. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit to an employer, including anything a model got wrong and you did not correct.
6. Payment
CVs are sold one at a time. The price of the tier you choose is shown before you pay, in US dollars.
Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of appmaster inc. We do not store your card details.
There is no subscription. Watching the market and sending you matches costs nothing; you pay only for a CV you choose to generate.
7. No refunds
Purchases are final. Buying a CV starts about an hour of machine work immediately, and the result cannot be returned or un-generated.
If a purchased run fails and delivers no CV at all, that is not a delivered product: contact us and we re-run it at no additional charge.
Disliking a delivered CV is not a failed run. Tell us what was wrong — feedback shapes the pipeline — but the purchase stands.
8. Acceptable use
Do not ask the service to produce claims you know to be false, or to impersonate someone else.
Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the service or the market data behind it.
Do not attempt to break, overload or circumvent the limits of the system. We may suspend an account that does.
9. Availability and changes
This is a beta. Features change, limits change, and the service can be unavailable while we fix things.
If we change these terms materially, we will say so on this page and, where it affects you, by email. The date at the top is the version you are reading.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
10. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunities or lost earnings.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase in question.
11. Governing law
The governing law and the venue for disputes will be stated here before general availability. We would rather leave this blank than print a jurisdiction we have not settled.
