Sammle als Werkstudent:in wertvolle Praxiserfahrung neben deinem Studium und werde Teil unseres Teams. Wir bieten Werkstudententätigkeiten in vier zentralen Bereichen an: Planung, Kalkulation, Technischer Einkauf und IT – Prozesse & Digitalisierung.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Inventarisierung, Installation und Konfiguration neuer IT-Hardware
  • Prüfung von Inventar- und Installationsdaten auf Vollständigkeit und Konsistenz
  • Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme von Arbeitsplätzen inklusive Anschluss der Peripherie sowie Durchführung von Funktionstests
  • Anmeldung und Einrichtung von Benutzerkonten
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie Handlungsanweisungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Anlage und Pflege von Artikeln im zentralen Stammdatenmandanten (z. B. Erfassung neuer Artikel, Aktualisierung bestehender Datensätze, Pflege von Beschreibungen, Klassifizierungen und weiteren relevanten Stammdaten)
  • Freigabe von Artikeln aus dem Stammdatenmandanten für operative Mandanten
  • Anlage und Pflege von Kreditoren nach Freigabe durch die verantwortliche Person
  • Anlage und Pflege von Debitoren nach Freigabe durch die verantwortliche Person
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Artikelbeschreibungen gemäß definierter Vorgaben

DEIN PROFIL

  • Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Angewandte Informatik, Prozessmanagement, Digitalisierung, Digital Business oder Digital Transformation
  • Interesse an IT-Hardware, Arbeitsplatzsystemen sowie an Betriebssystemen und strukturierter Datenpflege
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und sehr gute Computerkenntnisse
  • Erste Kenntnisse in Windows (Client) sowie in Microsoft Dynamics von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes logisches, analytisches und vernetztes Denkvermögen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
