  • Assist with documenting business and technical requirements for integrations between customer data, marketing platforms, and digital experiences.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of new marketing technology features and capabilities.
  • Work with Marketing partners to ensure product enhancements meet campaign, customer engagement, and lifecycle marketing needs.

Gifting Experience, Loyalty & Retention

  • Support the development and optimization of digital gifting features, including occasion reminders, gift recommendations, recipient management, gifting history, and repeat gifting experiences.
  • Collaborate with Loyalty and Marketing teams on enhancements to customer loyalty programs, including Celebrations Passport, membership benefits, and rewards experiences.
  • Help implement product features that encourage repeat purchases, cross-brand engagement, and stronger customer relationships.
  • Assist with improvements to digital customer journeys, including onboarding, post-purchase engagement, reactivation, and win-back experiences.
  • Identify customer friction points and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve convenience, engagement, and conversion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Support

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned product initiatives, coordinating requirements, project updates, testing, and launch activities.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Technology teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support successful feature delivery.
  • Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure digital experiences are intuitive, customer-focused, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), document defects, validate functionality, and support production releases.
  • Maintain accurate product documentation, feature specifications, and project status updates.
  • Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and issues to Product leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Analytics, Testing & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor product performance and customer engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Marketing teams to support A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization initiatives.
  • Analyze customer feedback, behavioral data, and product performance results to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with reporting on key performance indicators, including conversion, repeat purchase behavior, loyalty engagement, and customer retention.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
