Seasonal Pay Incentive Is Here!

Earn more during our busiest time of year!

Eligible seasonal employees receive an additional $1.50 per hour seasonal incentive during the incentive period.

For eligible Gift Production positions:

1st Shift: $15.50 base pay + $1.50 seasonal incentive = $17.00/hour

2nd Shift: $15.50 base pay + $1.50 seasonal incentive + $1.00 shift differential = $18.00/hour

That means more earning potential just in time for the holidays!

Groveport – Green Pointe Opportunities

Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

We have a limited number of seasonal Gift Production openings available at our Obetz facility.

1st Shift

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

2nd Shift

Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM–2:30 AM

Seasonal Gift Production Associate

Help us create gifts that bring joy to customers across the country during the holiday season!

What You'll Do:

  • Assemble and package gift boxes according to specifications
  • Stock production and shipping lines
  • Verify product and SKU information
  • Maintain quality and accuracy standards
  • Stack and unstack pallets
  • Cross-train and support other areas as needed
  • Follow company food safety, SQF, and workplace safety requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs.

Seasonal Material Handler – Green Pointe

Our Material Handlers help keep products and materials moving efficiently throughout our operation during the busy holiday season.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to safely move, load, unload, and stage materials
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
  • Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
  • Flexibility to support different areas based on business needs

To help expedite the hiring process, candidates are encouraged to bring original, unexpired documentation establishing identity and employment authorization.

Acceptable documentation includes one document from List A OR one document from List B and one document from List C, as outlined in the Form I-9 Lists of Acceptable Documents.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for production positions and up to 50 lbs. for warehouse and driver positions.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including refrigerated and freezer environments, depending on the position.
  • Forklift experience is required for Warehouse Forklift Driver and Freezer Driver positions.
  • Experience operating double-reach forklifts, stock pickers, electric pallet jacks, and RF scan guns is preferred for Freezer Driver positions.
  • Must be willing to work assigned shifts and overtime as business needs require.
  • Must successfully complete the pre-employment hiring process and provide documentation required to complete the federal Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, if an offer of employment is extended.
