Inventory Auditor

Harry & David – Medford, OR

Employment Dates: November 2 – December 24, 2026 Shift: 1st Shift (AM) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Peak Season Schedule: Beginning November 27, employees may be required to work up to 7 days per week, including weekends and overtime, based on operational needs.

Position Summary

The Inventory Auditor is responsible for accurately counting, verifying, and recording inventory to support warehouse inventory accuracy during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform physical inventory counts and verify product quantities and batch information.
  • Use RF scanners to check and validate inventory locations and quantities.
  • Accurately record inventory counts and report discrepancies.
  • Work in ambient, cold, and freezer environments as needed.
  • Follow established safety, attendance, and inventory procedures.

Qualifications

  • Basic counting, math, reading, and writing skills required.
  • RF scanner experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk throughout the shift.
  • Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible with scheduling during peak season.

Important: Weekend and overtime shifts may be mandatory based on operational needs. Attendance policies apply to all scheduled shifts.
