Подсобный рабочий обязан: 3.1. Соблюдать законы, иные правовые акты и нормативные документы, регулирующие торговую деятельность. 3.2. Организовать обслуживание населения, реализацию товаров и оказание услуг в соответствии с установленными стандартами, параметрами, критериями, нормами и требованиями к их качеству и безопасности согласно Закону РФ О защите прав потребителей . 3.3. Соблюдать правила торговли, правила продажи отдельных видов товаров, в т.ч. алкогольных (пива) и табачных изделий, реализации товаров в соответствии с действующими санитарными нормами и правилами, стандартами, правильность оформления ценников, соблюдать методы обслуживания покупателей, производить подготовку рабочего места к открытию, закрытию магазина, т.е. выполнять требования высокой культуры обслуживания населения. 3.4. Обеспечивать сохранность товарно-материальных ценностей, участвовать в инвентаризации товарно-материальных ценностей, своевременно производить инкассацию, сдачу предприятия под охрану. 3.5. Осуществлять контроль за наличием на продаваемые товары, подлежащие обязательному подтверждению соответствия, деклараций соответствия (алкогольной продукции, пива и табачных изделий), ветеринарных и фитокарантийных справок, технического регламента. 3.6. Знать ассортимент, товароведные характеристики продаваемых товаров (требования, предъявляемые к качеству товаров) и контролировать качество продаваемых товаров; знать маркировку, классификацию, их назначение (употребление). Проверять качество, количество продаваемых товаров, качество упаковки, маркировки, правильность цен на товары. 3.7. Осуществлять подготовку и выкладку товаров, способы рационального размещения товаров, соблюдения товарного соседства в объемах необходимых для бесперебойной торговли. 3.8. Изучать спрос покупателей, рекламировать товар. 3.9. Соблюдать условия хранения, реализации, сроки годности товаров. 3.10. Проверять состояние и исправность оборудования и инструментов. 3.11. Осуществлять нарезку, нарубку, взвешивание, упаковку товаров, подсчет стоимости покупки. 3.12. Следить за наличием акцизных и федеральных специальных марок на алкогольную продукцию, штриховых кодов и других средств торговой маркировки товаров, предусмотренных действующими законами, иными нормативными правовыми актами и ГОСТами, техническими регламентами.
